Page Title

Your meta description will appear here. Keep it under 160 characters.

Preview is approximate — Google may rewrite titles and descriptions at any time.

Everything runs in your browser. Your data never leaves your device.

How to use

Fill in your title, URL, and meta description on the left. The right side updates in real time to show an approximate Google search result snippet.

  1. Enter your page title

Type the title tag content. The bar below it turns red when you exceed 60 characters — the point at which Google commonly truncates titles on desktop.

  2. Enter the page URL

Paste the canonical URL of the page. Google displays the URL path in breadcrumb style above the title in modern results.

  3. Enter the meta description

Type your meta description. Keep it under 160 characters to avoid truncation. The limit bar helps you stay within range.

Examples

Checking a product page snippet

Enter a product name as the title, the product URL, and a concise description with a call to action. The preview shows whether the title fits and whether the description is compelling enough to earn a click.

Previewing a blog post before publishing

Paste a draft blog title and description to check lengths and readability. If the preview shows an ellipsis cutting off the key message, shorten the title or front-load the important information.

About this tool

Preview how your page title, URL, and meta description will appear in a Google search result snippet before you publish. The character limit bars flag when a title or description is at risk of being truncated. Actual rendering varies by device, query context, and whether Google rewrites the snippet. Nothing is uploaded.
