How to use
Paste your text, pick a reversal mode — Characters, Words, or Lines — and the reversed output appears immediately in the right pane.
Paste or type your text
Enter any text in the left pane. Single-line or multi-line input both work.
Choose a reversal mode
Characters reverses every character across the whole text. Words reverses the order of words within each line. Lines reverses the order of lines from bottom to top.
Copy the result
Use the Copy button to grab the reversed text. Pasting Load example first is a quick way to see what each mode does.
Examples
Checking whether a word is a palindrome
Paste a word or phrase in Characters mode. If the output matches the input, it is a palindrome. For example, 'racecar' reversed is still 'racecar', confirming it is a palindrome.
Reversing a numbered list
Paste a numbered list — one item per line — and switch to Lines mode. The last item becomes the first, giving you the reversed order without retyping. Useful for inverting chronologically sorted lists.
About this tool
Reverse text at three levels: character by character across the whole input, word order within each line, or the order of lines from bottom to top. Useful for creating mirror text, checking palindromes, or rearranging a list into reverse order. Output updates as you type. Nothing is uploaded.
